Terms of Use — Fair Blocks

By downloading or using the Fair Blocks game ("Game") published by Maivika ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The Game offers in-app purchases (coins, starter pack, themes, remove ads). Transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Coins and virtual items have NO real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, and are usable only within the Game.

Consumable items (such as coins) are deemed delivered once the transaction completes. Refunds are governed by Apple/Google store policies; we do not directly process payments or refunds.

The free version displays ads (Google AdMob). You may purchase "Remove Ads" to remove them. Ad-related data collection is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree NOT to: cheat or use third-party software to manipulate scores/items; reverse engineer, tamper with, or exploit the Game; automate access; or disrupt the service.

Leaderboard display names must not contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing content. We may remove violating content or records.

The Game, its code, graphics, audio, and trademarks belong to Maivika or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Maivika is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

For apps obtained from the Apple App Store: this EULA is between you and Maivika, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Your use is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page with its update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
