By accessing or using Maivika (the maivika.com website and the mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Maivika provides Plum Blossom I-Ching hexagram casting and AI-assisted interpretation for CULTURAL, ENTERTAINMENT, and SELF-REFLECTION purposes.

The content is NOT professional advice (medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological). Do not rely on results in place of your own judgment or qualified advice. All decisions are your own responsibility.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you need a guardian’s consent.

You sign in via Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.

Some features require a paid plan. On mobile, payment and renewal are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; on the web via Lemon Squeezy.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing period in the respective store’s account settings.

Pro entitlements are synced across web and mobile (a purchase in one applies to both).

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see /en/refund), together with the policies of Apple/Google/Lemon Squeezy and applicable law.

Do not abuse, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service beyond ordinary use, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.

Maivika’s code, design, original content, and brand are owned by us. Interpretations generated for you may be used for your personal purposes.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated interpretations may be inaccurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Maivika is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is posted on this page with its update date.
