1. Nature of the product
Maivika provides a digital service: Plum Blossom I-Ching hexagram casting and AI-assisted interpretation, sold as paid membership plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly).
As a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are handled per the policy below together with the rules of the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy for international cards, VietQR for domestic payments) and applicable law.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date of your first purchase or your most recent renewal.
Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed to be approved.
3. Eligibility for a refund
Full refund if you have not substantially used the paid features (e.g. only a few interpretations consumed via the paid plan) within the window above.
A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the paid service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
Duplicate charge (double charge) or a charge made in error.
4. Non-refundable cases
Most of the plan’s entitlements for the billing period have already been used.
Requests solely because an interpretation result did not meet expectations — content is for cultural, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes and is not professional advice (see Terms of Use).
Account suspended/terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Use.
5. Cancelling auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time to avoid being charged for the next period; your entitlements remain until the end of the paid period.
Web (international cards): cancel via the Lemon Squeezy subscription-management link or by contacting us.
Mobile: cancel in your Apple App Store / Google Play subscription settings.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with: your account email, payment date, the plan purchased, and the reason.
We respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
