Modesty (地山謙, Hexagram 15) is the 15th of the 64 hexagrams in the I-Ching. It consists of the upper trigram Kūn (Earth) (坤, Thổ) over the lower trigram Gèn (Mountain) (艮, Thổ). Modesty creates success. Lower oneself outwardly; the superior man carries things through.
